Sophia had a great birthday party. She had people from Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, and Washington state all here for her birthday celebration. She is a very lucky girl.
The theme was Tigger and Pooh and I continued my tradition of making her birthday cake. It turned out pretty good. It was a little more difficult than last year. It looked even better before she decided to take a taste of Pooh's foot!
We got a tray of heavenly ham and turkey but I think her favorite was the cheese. I think she had about 4 pieces. And then of course was the chocolate fountain. She was a huge fan of that.
She had fun opening all her presents. She is so funny with wrapping paper. Even if she just tears off a small piece, she has to hand it to someone or throw it away before she will continue unwrapping. Needless to say, it makes for a very long process.
Mom found her this adorable dress for her birthday. I thought she looked adorable. She is modeling the new shoes Aunt Juju got for her and sitting in her new rocking chair from Meme.
Thanks to everyone for coming! Sophia had a really great time.

Thank you for inviting us to the par-tay of the summer. You did a great job with the cake. Hopefully we will be living in your basement when Eva turns 1 so you can help make the cake for her. I am not good with the icing part. Mainly because I have zero patience....
Happy very belated birthday!
That's not just from John, but from Dusty and I too!
