Introducing....

Well, the puppy has a name. Chloe. She is such a sweet puppy. She loves to give kisses and cuddle. I was looking at her paperwork last night and noticed her birthday was the same as Sophia's! How perfect.

Sisters

I took a few pictures of the new sisters. It was difficult. They are really cute together. Sophia always wants to hold her and when she comes home from Donna's she gives Chloe hugs and kisses. I can't wait to see them grow up together.

I had to include this one. Check out that smile!

The Naked Cowgirl

Sophia has a bit of a diaper rash so we let her run around naked. She loved it. She really enjoyed riding on the open range.

It's a Girl!!!!

After many deliberations and some begging, Cory agreed to let Sophia and I have a dog. My Dad offered to buy one for me. It took me a couple days worth of searching but I found her. My Dad drove us to Somerset, KY and we picked her up. I haven't picked out her name yet. I just can't decide. But she is beautiful. She is a Pekingese, weighs 3 pounds, and is almost 8 weeks old.

Pancho, my brother, also a Pekingese, is 3 yrs old.

Worldfest

After looking at Angie's blog, I thought that it would be fun to go. We had a great time. We listened to music, danced, played in the fountain, and ate...alot. Sophia liked everything.

The salsa band was awesome! It was nice to cool off in the fountain.

Sophia loved the water.

Cory and Sophia enjoying Jamacian jerk chicken.

Enjoying raspberry gelato. A perfect end to a perfect day.

Growing Up

Over the past few days Sophia has developed some interesting preferences and new talents. And I actually caught them on film.
1. She has become quite the fashionista. I picked out this outfit, but she picked the shoes. You shake your head and say to yourself, "How can a 13 month old pick out her shoes? Like she really has a preference. And if so, how would you know?" Oh, my friends, you just don't know her well enough. I put on this outfit and was then going through her shoes to figure out which ones fit and which didn't. I came upon this cute pair from Aunt Julia (bought before Sophia was even born). Sophia grabbed them. So, I decided it would be a good time to see if she could wear size 4 yet. They were a little too big so I took them off. Sophia cried, screamed, and threw herself on the floor. I put the shoes back on....and well, the picture below is the result.

Like I said....she picked out the shoes.

2. She will give you a back rub. Now it starts out gentle and gets rough. Well actually, quite rough. But she is trying.3. She loves to try on your shoes. I don't know why. She nearly kills herself every time. But, she loves it. I just have to make sure I am around when she starts to tumble. Here is how silly she looks.

Yeah, I know.....I have big feet.

4.
Oh, wait. That isn't new. That's just funny!
